Best Buy in culver city has the worst customer service I have had in a long time. First of all, they hire kids who don't know anything about the products they sell. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will just make something up. Well.....this my story. I bought some speakers. The speakers didn't work with my computer. I took the speakers back, and that's when it got ridiculous. First i stood in a stupid return line. In that line, when you reach the counter they treat as if you're some lying scumbag trying to steal your own money back. Why are they annoyed? I am the one who had to drag these heavy ass speakers home, and then all the way back. WTF! Anyway, they allow me to do an exchange. So......I search the store for some other speaker equipment and come across a bangin' stereo with no price tag on it . I ask the nearest employee in the car stereo section, what is the price? She says, " I don't know, I don't work in this section.". Then she walks away and continues with her fiddling. I am standing there like, "Are you gonna find the price or what?". Alas, NO! So.......I ask another employee passing by, the same question. Guess what they said? "I don't know, I don't work in this section." Then , they walk away. So.......who the hell DOES work in my section??? So I ask another employee, and they give the same dumb ass reply. No one attempts to find out the information i need . I am sure it's not that hard since no one seemed to be busy anyway. So, then i walked the whole length of the back end of the store. From, the steroes to the TV section and there is noone in sight. I walk back and forth a few times, because, if the person who works this section is soo elusive, then I don't want to miss'em. NOOOOO ONE ever appears. So then i go to the TV section where they have one of those little computer terminals that the employess always go to in the store. I stood there and waited for about 15min. Two young employees walk up finally , having a gossipy conversation about something. They walk pass me, one of them grabs the phone and the other just stands there and waits. Helllllooooo.......I am standing right here. WAITING!!!! They don't even acknowledge me. This looks like the guys from my section. So ....I interrupt their conversation, and ask my question. Their reply, " I don't knwo, I don't work in this section." WTF!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!! So i finally let all my wrath out on one employee, like , "find me the damn price before i start throwin TVs on the floor. Finally, someone in a matter of a milliseconds finds the price for the stereo. This incident inspired this BLOG! Businesses beware!!! You got two weeks to get it together Good LUCK!
